I read this book in about 2 days. It has soo many inspirational quotes and thoughts that make you stop and think about your own life. There are things I need to change for sure and He helps me along the way. I have always thought about the Christian life a certain way and after reading this book I realize that our Christian life is something much bigger than we all realize.

I've read a few of Ortberg's books, and this is his best one yet. It's spiritually profound, aimed at personal growth, deeper relationships, overcoming anxiety, and learning to pray. At the same time it's readable, and there's wit on every page. For preachers and teachers, it's full of illustrations. Definitely a good read for church small groups.

Wow - I usually have a highlighter in hand while reading just in case there is something important that I want to be able to reference back to. I am wearing out my highlighter on this wonderful book. The stories are filled with hope, encouragement, guidance and a healthy dose of humor. I highly recommend this book!!
