Wow! The authors know men and women well- they put their finger right on the pulse of why we have struggles in our marriages. I would highly recommend the Love Dare devotional for couples or even half of the couple. It is very encouraging and backs what it says with the Bible.

My husband and I are not too far along in the devotional yet, but we feel like it has a focal point of looking to serve and honor your spouse. It is a good reminder that the marriage relationship is not "all about me" but is a partnership that works best when God is put first and your mate second. It is an easy read and not demanding as far as application.

Yes! the word couples stuck out when my husband read the title and now we are doing devotions at dinner together a few nights a week. It may take us more than a year to get through the book but it enlightens both of us on how we can get so rapped up on "other stuff" around us and now we can get rapped up in "us" stuff for a few minutes in the midst of our busy lives. It continues us on the love dare journey from the initial book and the movie "Fireproof".

Started reading this on the first of the year and a friend saw it while on vacation and I bought this copy for her. From what I hear it has definately been helping their marriage and my husband and I are on reading it every night and it's keeping the conversation open and providing great foundation for an already strong marriage. I definately recommend this book to healthy and struggling couples.
