I really like Little House on the Prairie and I received my DVDs in a timely fashion. I really appreciate clean shows for family and kids and am excited to be able to watch the Little House episodes of a simpler time. Thank you!

I picked up Season 1 of LHOTP from the local department store a couple weeks ago. A family favourite that sits right up there with the Waltons, this is a wonderful stroll down memory lane.
Set in harder, yet in so many ways simpler, times LHOTP is a welcome relief from the sadistic and sewer garbage that dominates the TV screens these days.
The transfer to DVD could have done with more TLC - as with the Waltons DVDs this release is pretty much just a simple copy and paste from the original tapes with no effort spent on remastering the picture and sound.
But such is the strong appeal of this show with its focus on good honest family values and the community spirit that the mediocre transfer quickly takes a backseat to the sharing of life with the Ingalls.
Look out Season 2, here I come.

A great break from all the crap on the Disney Channel and Nic. If you have kids 12 or younger they will get hooked on this show. Best of all, they will learn some good life lessons along the way.

i picked up little house about a month ago and have been hooked ever since its such a wonderful show the writing and acting is so well done for its time and is perfect for families anyone who has children i would highly recommend it not only is it a good show to watch but can teach us lessons on many different subjects highly recommended!!
walmart has been selling 2 seasons together for $20 a really good deal so far ive seen 1/2 3/4 5/6 seasons together

AWESOME, I am collecting every season as I want to have them all for my Grandchildren, as I fear that one day they may take the repeats of the TV channels, which would be a terrible waste.
