I Love this album. Every song seems to be inspirational. "United Live- everyday" sets the standard of what every praise album should be like. Great music for any age, especially teenagers and young adults. Electric guitars, acoustic, drums, piano, and original vocals; every aspect of this album is great. I love ALL the albums of United Live, but "Everyday" has some of their best songs. There are 10 songs on this CD. Great music with vocals that are so inspirational your heart just sings. My favorite songs are "Everyday", "You Take Me Higher", "Jesus I Long", "Heaven". However, I do like the faster songs and the majority of these are slow and I can honestly say I just do not care for the female vocals in "Hear Our Prayer". But, it is still a MUST HAVE CD. It makes Jesus so much more real you can't wait to get to Heaven :) 1. Everyday 6. Seeking You 2. Jesus I Long 7. You Take Me Higher 3. On the Lord's Day 8. Hear Our Prayer 4. More 9. Prayer to the King 5. Heaven 10. God is moving
United Live Worship - the best! September 20, 2000 Michael N. (El Cajon, California USA) 8 out of 8 found this review helpful
As a worship leader I am always looking for fresh, new worship music. United Live hit me. It's probably the best Worship CD I have bought, from the first to last track. Has a great youth-band feel, and is well led by Reuben Morgan and team. Once again, good job Hillsongs.
Amazing praise from an amazing group of youth. September 10, 2000 This album is one of the best worship albums I've ever heard and is right up to par with all of the other amazing Hillsongs releases. I had the blessed opportunity to travel to Australia this year for the Hillsong Conference and I got a chance to meet the people who sing on this album. They have such a heart after God and it really shows on this CD. With songs like "Everyday" and "Prayer to the King" and my favorite "God Is Moving," anyone who buys this album will truly have an encounter with God!!! I recommend it to anyone and everyone!!!
Energetic but NOT offensively loud. June 22, 2000 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
Every single songs in this CD is excellent. I have listened to it time after time after time and never ever felt bored listening to it. I even use "UNITED LIVE" during our praise and worship prayer meeting. Everyone loves it. I love all the songs in the CD but 4 particular songs that touch my heart are : 'Everyday', 'Jesus I Long', 'More', and 'God Is Moving'.Buy this CD and you will not stop listenting to it.
Wow! High energy generation X stuff. June 2, 2000 Matthew Round (Edinburgh, UK) 9 out of 9 found this review helpful
This CD is from the Australian Hillsongs church -not from the well-known Darlene Zschech (author of "Shout the the Lord"), but the Hillsongs Youth Choir. This is their first recording and it certainly deserves a wide audience.Filled with energy and passion, this is comparable to the best of the generation X style worship music coming out of the US Vineyard (like "The Burn Service" or "The Well") or UK worship leaders (Delerious, Matt Redman, Paul Oakley). It's loud and rocky in some places, thoughtful and passionate in others, always with excellent quality and spot-on choir backing. A few of the songs have an Australian feel to them too (look out for the "Land Down Under" soundalike!). This is definitely in my mind one of the top gen X worship albums available at the moment - it's not your "Hymns from the Smoky Mountain" or "America's Favorite Praise and Worship" though so brace yourself for some high energy stuff. I totally recommend this.
