 Great buy with all the orignal children's songs March 9, 2010

I have been looking all around the net and was turned off by the songs or adult singing of some plus the high prices. I found this one and was tickled to find all the old songs, even the ones I had forgotten about. My grandaughter (11 months) loves to listen to music and I started playing this right after it downloaded and she rocked and loved it. Then fell promptly asleep listening to it. Doesn't get any better than that. She will be able to sing along once she gets toddler stage.
I highly recommend this to provide quality sing a long songs for your little ones.

My son is 3 and doesn't know all of the songs on these cd's, but he is happy to listen to them while he plays. I think its great music for little kids!

It should be advertised as a religious compilation even though there are popular non religious songs squeezed in between. I felt this was deceptive and misleading.

I agree with NYlady: this collection is nice overall but they not only include religious songs (and also pro-U.S. songs that may offend some parents) but also modify the lyrics of some traditional songs to include religious themes. I would have given this one star but most of the tracks are well produced, hence two stars. If you're a Christian true to your faith and not act like John Edwards, this would be a five-star CD set for you. The price can't be beat.
