 Solid debut album for great singer-songwriter October 16, 2008

Meredith Andrews is a great new singer-songwriter to hit the CCM scene. In the piano-based style of Vicky Beeching, Bethany Dillon, Ginny Owens and Nichole Nordeman, Meredith really impressed me with her first single You're Not Alone and I've been enjoying that stand-out song for months. It is a great song of comfort with this beautiful chorus: "You're not alone, For I am here, let me wipe away your every fear, My love I've never left your side, I have seen you through the darkest night, And I'm the one that who's loved you all your life, All of your life". br / br /The Invitation is much more than just the outstanding You're Not Alone, and the acoustic version of the song is a great bonus track and really shows off Meredith's amazing vocals. You Invite Me In really sparks this solid debut album with a nice melody and sets the tone for this worship-filled album, produced by Jason Ingram. There are no filler songs and my other favorites are The River, which should also be a hit CCM radio single, and Draw Me Nearer. If you are looking for the next Ginny Owens, Dove Award Winning Best New Artist 2000, look no further than Meredith Andrews, a deserving "Billboard Face to Watch in 2008". br /

I downloaded this album because I absolutely loved her single You're not alone!" I have really enjoyed the whole album. She has a sweet natural voice that seem to inspire and lift me up. I like to listen to this while I am doing housework and cooking.

I found this album online after hearing a YouTube video of Meredith singing "You're Not Alone"... br / br /I found out whatever information on her I could and finally decided to buy it. I am pleased with the whole album and am impressed with the words and the music to the songs. br / br /

I first heard Meredith Andrews live at a concert she was performing with Aaron Shust and Brandon Heath. As amazing as they were, I felt she really was unbelievable. I had never heard of her, but her music, voice, and heart for God was so evident. br / br /I purchased this CD and could not believe how many great songs are on here. My favorites are You're Not Alone, The River, and You Invite Me In, although they all are very good. She wrote or co-wrote every one of them. br / br /My local station is not playing her music yet, so at a live broadcast I gave them my copy to listen to, then ordered another for me. I've never been so impressed with a new artist as this one. I can't wait for her next CD.
